Questions about AppyRecognize
How do people earn points?
Picking up a called-out shift, covering a coworker's shift and a month of perfect attendance earn points on their own. Managers add points to a shout-out, and coworkers give from their monthly allowance. You set every amount, and points stay off until you turn them on.
What can points buy?
Whatever you put in the store: a team lunch, a gift card, extra time off. When someone asks for a reward, their points are held until a manager marks it given or declines it.
Can I see who isn't taking part?
No. Engagement insights shows participation by department and location, never by person, and hides groups smaller than five so no one can be picked out.
Are surveys anonymous?
No. Coworkers don't see the answers, but HR does, and the survey tells employees so before they answer.
Is there a leaderboard?
No. Employees see only their own points and badges. Managers see everyone's balance.
